Don't feel bad, Al. I didn't know what spinning was either. I pictured myself twirling around as fast as I could and then throwing up. I'm glad it wasn't that. However, I don't think I will do any spinning. I will stick to my stationary recumbant bike.

ReplyDeleteSpeaking of biking, I wanted everyone to know that when I was home for Christmas, I was able to enjoy Mom's Mother's Day gift and rode her recumbent bike a couple of times. I was so glad we got it for her!
