Okay, one thing at a time. I have chosen a spiritual goal. I will read the Ensign cover to cover. I haven't been doing that. I've been picking and chosing. That is my April goal and I will try to carry it out throughout the rest of the year. For some reason that seems easier than exercising. Maybe because I can do it sitting down.
