Here They Are - 2011 Goals

I gotta say, I'm so proud of my family.  You guys really stepped it up, are enthusiastically joining in and have put forth some pretty ambitious goals.  Which is what it's all about.  I mean, what's the point of whimpy goals, right?!

I also gotta say, we could all learn a little something from Alison.  Check out all her great goals.  This young lady knows what she wants!

2011 Golden Sneaker Goals:
  • Dad Taylor – Continue to walk at least 5 miles a week, ride my bike 10 miles a week, work on skiers edge twice a week.
  • Mom Taylor – exercise 4x/week for 20 minutes.
  • Jeff Taylor – Lose 30 lbs.
  • Marie Taylor - Lose 65 lbs.
  • Ashlee Taylor – Lose 60 lbs. 
  • Dave Hinckley – Lose 80 lbs.
  • Erin Hinckley – Return to pre-marriage weight.
  • Karlie Taylor – Work out 3x/week for 30 min. 
  • Lynn Taylor – Lose 70 lbs.
  • David Haight – Lose 26 lbs.
  • Jenny Haight – Exercise 90 min./week and participate in a fun run.
  • Nicole Haight – Exercise 5 days a week.
  • Al Rindlisbacher – Lose 100 lbs.
  • Amy Rindlisbacher – Lose 40 lbs.
  • Devin Taylor - Participate in Leadman Triathlon, Run the River Triathlon, plus one more.
  • Rebecca Taylor – Lose 15 lbs. 
  • Keith Johnson – Lose 4.5 inches from waist. 
  • Sharon Johnson – Run Las Vegas Rock and Roll marathon.
2011 Silver Whistle Goals:
  • Alison Taylor – 1) Work out 4 x/week.  Go to swim practice 3 x and 1 day elliptical or other exercise.  2) Go to bed at 9:30 on weekdays and go to bed at 10:30 on weekends.  3) Cut out pop entirely.  4) Dessert only 2 x/week.  5) Watch carb intake and eat more fruits and veggies.  6) Drink 48 oz. of water/day.  7) Do at least 20 sit-ups/day and increase #.
  • Reed Rindlisbacher – Put down video games and do something active 3 x/week.
  • Ella Rindlisbacher – Get off couch and do something active 3 x/week.
  • Asa Taylor – Workout 3x/week.
  • Regan Johnson – Learn to ride a 2-wheel bike.
  • Zoey Johnson – Keep up with Mom, Dad, and Regan!
There it is in writing, folks.  Now we can each see what we're up against.  Remember, you don't have to precisely achieve your goal in order to win... but it won't hurt to!  Oh wait... it probably will!
